Purpose of Appeal: Both Cite were in error. "C" Missing parts was not intended to be use on watercraft. "E" The boat was parked on concrete dust free surface. The order was silent on the issue of who has the exclusive right to use my driveway or do I have to sacrifice my tires to vandles, move my boat or what other extreme for me to save my boat.

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of William A Sylvester to a Vehicle Abatement Order at 1463 MIDWAY PARKWAY, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to February 7, 2025 for compliance for the boat and trailer to be removed from public right-of-way; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
