WHEREAS on August 7, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 24-50 to ratified the assessment for Rubbish & Garbage Clean Up services during February 1 to 12, 2024. (File No. J2420R, Assessment No. 248524); and

 

WHEREAS, the property at 819 Aurora Avenue, being described as: Chute Brothers Division, NO. 16, Lot 26, with the property identification number 35-29-23-42-0026 was assessed an amount of $278; and

 

WHEREAS, staff was told to schedule a hearing for discussion on this issue and in error it was not done and the assessment was levied; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer will review this on September 17, 2024 Legislative Hearing to determine her recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $278, plus any accrued interests, be forthcoming.
