Date/Time of 1st LH:  Teleconference on Tuesday, August 6, 2024, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  Property not vacant, electric is on, water is on.  I would like to continue to reside at the property.  I've lived there 5 yrs July 2019.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of LaVonne Pine to a Vacant Building Registration Notice at 1478 Blair Avenue, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant to September 3, 2024 to vacate or obtain legal possession of property; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
