WHEREAS, in the matter of theAppeal of Colleen Mulcahy to a Correction Notice at 272 RICHMOND STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grant the following extensions related to the April 19, 2024 Correction Notice: grant to May 6, 2024 for compliance with items 4, 6,12, 15, 16, 19, 20 and 21; grant to June 6, 2024 for compliance with 3, 7, 9, 10, 14, 18, and 23; grant to August 5, 2024 for compliance with items 2, 8, 11, 13, 17, 22 and 24. [Note: Item 5 in orders reflects items listed in the March 28, 2024 Summary Abatement Order and was given extension to June 1, 2024 under RLH SAO 24-25]; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
