Date/Time of 1st LH:  Teleconference on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Purpose of Appeal:  We will have certificate of occupancy at start of July. Wish to appeal the fee or at least a part of it.

Legislative Hearing Staff Comments:  Category 2 Commercial 4-20-09.  Open permits.

 

Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Matt Alto and Tyler Olsen to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 825 University Avenue West, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to July 20, 2024; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
