Approving a Health/Sport Club - New Location license to Tmreit LLC d/b/a The Mali Center (License ID 20240000348) for the premises located at 576 Front Avenue.

WHEREAS, Tmreit LLC d/b/a The Mali Center (License ID 20240000348) applied for a Health/Sport Club - New Location license for the premises located at 576 Front Avenue, in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on March 20, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; with a response date of April 4, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the March 20, 2024, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Health/Sport Club - New Location license; and
WHEREAS, on April 4, 2024, the Department of Safety and Inspections received a letter from North End Neighborhood Organization (District 6) stating their support for the issuance of the license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Health/Sport Club- New Location license is hereby approved and issued to Tmreit LLC d/b/a The Mali Center (License ID 20240000348) for the premises located at 576 Front Avenue, in Saint Paul with the following existing licensing conditions:
Licensee shall take appropriate actions to ensure any noise and/or vibration generated by activities associated with the operations of the business do not adversely affect neighboring property owners, to include complying with requirements set forth in Chapter 293-Noise Regulations of the City of St Paul Legislative Code
