Pertaining to approving master contracts with multiple firms to provide engineering services.

WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul has need to establish master contracts with firms to provide engineering services; and
WHEREAS, staff will bring scope and fee requests to the Board if project fees are over $50,000, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Board does hereby direct staff to negotiate agreements with Bolton & Menk, TKDA, SEH, Black & Veatch, AE2S, Sunde Land Surveying, MSA Professional Services, Jacobs, HDR, Gale-Tec Engineering, and Braun Intertec to provide professional engineering services as may be needed, and hereby authorizes its General Manager of Saint Paul Regional Water Services to execute any and all forms as may be required for such agreements.
