Authorizing the City to enter into a subrecipient agreement with American Lung Association for the expansion of the Electric Vehicle Spot Network on the East Side of Saint Paul, and rescinding Council Resolution RES 24-145.

WHEREAS, the most recent copy of the subrecipient agreement was not provided with Resolution 24-145; and
WHEREAS, a corrected and most recent version of the subrecipient agreement is now being provided to the Council for approval; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Resolution 24-145 is hereby rescinded; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are hereby authorized and directed for and on behalf of the City to apply for and accept program funds available through the Department of Energy's Vehicle Technologies Office program, and enter into Subrecipient Agreement EE0010622, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof; and be it finally
RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the proper City Officials are authorized to execute the agreement and any amendments to the agreement.
