RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 as follows: In the amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 ($150,000) in full settlement of all claims paid to Schwebel Goetz and Sieben Law Firm Trust Account (1099 tax forms will be issued to Schwebel Goetz and Sieben Law Firm with regard to this payment).
