Purpose of Appeal:  My building is not structurally a danger to the public. I was condemned due to egress/ingress. Use of building has never changed.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the appeal of Oluwadamilola Osinubi, Krantz USA LLC, to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 824 White Bear Avenue North, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive vacant building fee to April 15, 2024 and grant to April 15, 2024 to have an approved change in use and have Fire Certificate of Occupancy reinstated; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
