Approving the addition of the Gambling Location License to the existing Malt on Sale (Brewery Taproom), Liquor On-Sale-Sunday, Malt Off Sale (Brewery), and Liquor outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses for Barrel Theory Beer Company d/b/a 7th Street Beer Company LLC (License ID# 20170000548) for the premises located at 248 Seventh Street East.

WHEREAS, on March 4, 2012, Barrel Theory Beer Company d/b/a 7th Street Beer Company LLC (License ID# 20170000548) applied for the Gambling Location License to the existing Malt on Sale (Brewery Taproom), Liquor On-Sale-Sunday, Malt Off Sale (Brewery), and Liquor outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses for the premises located at 248 7th ST E., in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification on February 22, 2024, with a response date of March 8, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification, no objections were received, and the Council finds that the application is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it; and
RESOLVED, the addition of the Gambling Location License to the existing Malt on Sale (Brewery Taproom), Liquor On-Sale-Sunday, Malt Off Sale (Brewery), and Liquor outdoor Service Area (Patio) licenses are hereby approved and issued to Barrel Theory Beer Company d/b/a 7th Street Beer Company LLC (License ID# 20170000548), for the premises located at 248 7th ST E., in Saint Paul, with the following license conditions:
1. Any items associated with the patio seating area (e.g., tables, chairs, fencing, etc.,) must be located entirely on private property and are not permitted to project or be located in the public Right-Of-Way (e.g., sidewalk, boulevard, etc.).
