Amending the 2024 Department of Safety and Inspections Operating Budget to move spending authority within the same department and fund to better align with 2024 programming.

WHEREAS, the Department of Safety and Inspections identified these changes to better align with department planning and programming; and
WHEREAS, the administrative order results in a budget neutral change with no net increase or decrease to spending or financing; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of Department of Safety and Inspections to amend the 2024 spending budget for the reallocation of funds within existing budgets, the Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner specified in the attached financial analysis.
