RESOLVED, in accordance with delivery of a fully executed release in full of Defendants City of Saint Paul, John Corcoran, Melissa Joly, Marshall Titus and John Doe, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 in a distribution as directed by Plaintiff’s counsel, the total sum of Two Hundred Ten Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($210,000) in full and final settlement of Jill Mollner’s claims in U.S. District Court case 23-cv-609 for any and all claims, damages and attorneys fees arising from the incident occurring on or about March 15, 2017.
