Title
Amending the 2024 spending budget by $1,000,000 in the Department of Public Works Sewers Utility Fund Programmed Inspections accounting unit for additional projects at Mounds-English, Como-Rose and other areas to keep up with upcoming City, County and State transportation projects in the 2024 spending budget in the Department of Public Works Sewers Utility Fund Sewer Inflow and Infiltration accounting unit.

WHEREAS, the Programmed Sewer Inspections Accounting Unit has incurred additional expenses that are more than the adopted budget; and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient savings in Sewer Capital to cover the above costs; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2024 budget in the Public Works Sewer Inflow and Infiltration accounting unit, The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
