Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 29 ACKER STREET WEST in Council File RLH SAO 24-3.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 24-3 on February 7, 2024 which granted an extension to February 15, 2024 to abate the nuisance conditions at 29 Acker Street West; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on February 20, 2024 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is not abated and authorizes the Department of Safety & Inspections to proceed with the nuisance abatement.
