Pertaining to Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement Contract No. 4012 with TruePani Inc. to provide pitcher filter, filter cartridges and water sampling services for lead service line replacements during the Lead Free SPRWS Project.
Body
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Commissioners of the City Saint Paul entered into a contract dated April 1, 2023 with TruePani, Inc. to provide pitchers, filters, and water quality sampling services for lead service line replacements during the Lead Free SPRWS Project at a cost not to exceed $224,272 (“Contract No. 4012”); and
WHEREAS, the Board and TruePani, Inc. desire to amend Contract No. 4012 to continue such services for an additional cost not to exceed $78,735; and
WHEREAS, such amendment would increase the total amount not to exceed for Contract No. 4012 to $303,007; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Saint Paul hereby requests that City of Saint Paul Contracts and Analysis draft an amendment to Contract No. 4012 providing for the continuance of services provided by contract at a cost not to exceed $78,735, as described in the TruePani Inc. Scope of Services dated January 29, 2024, which will result in a total not to exceed cost of $303,007; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper officers of the Board are hereby authorized and directed to execute said amendment following approval by the Assistant City Attorney.
