WHEREAS on January 24, 2024, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 24-5 to ratify the assessment for Removal of Diseased and/or Dangerous Tree services during June to August 2023. (File No. 2401T, Assessment No. 249000); and
WHEREAS, the property at 559 Burlington Road, being described as: Those Pts of Lots 1 and 5 Blk 1 Hummingbird Hill Add Lying Nely and NWLY of A L Desc As Comm at the SW Cor of Lot 6 Blk 1 of SD Hummingbird Hill Add TH N 8 Deg 46 Min 26 Sec E Along, with the property identification number 11-28-22-43-0106 was assessed an amount of $4,419.85; and
WHEREAS, the owner, Laura Vail, is requesting that this assessment be made payable in five (5) years; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the assessment fee of $4,419.85, plus any accrued interests, be hereby amended to reflect this change.
