Establishing the rate of pay for the classification of Human Resources Consultant IV in Classified Confidential Employees Association, Grade 20R.
Body
WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted an audit for the classification of Human Resources Consultant IV; and
WHEREAS, the results of the audit instruct that the rate of pay for Human Resources Consultant IV be established at the rate set forth in Grade 20R, Employee Group 83, Classified Confidential Employees Association; and,
WHEREAS, the results of the job study further instruct the rates in Grade 20R be changed to the rates listed in the chart below, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Human Resources Consultant IV be established at the rate set forth in Grade 20R, Employee Group 83, Classified Confidential Employees Association at the rates in the chart below. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
