Approving the application for change of ownership to the Liquor On Sale 101 - 180 seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses now held by Andiamo St Paul LLC d/b/a Andiamo Italian Ristorante (License ID #20230002259) for the premises located at 80 Snelling Avenue North.

WHEREAS, Andiamo St Paul LLC d/b/a Andiamo Italian Ristorante (License ID #20230002259) applied for a change of ownership to the Liquor On Sale 101 - 180 seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses on December 7, 2023, for the premises located 180 Snelling Ave N in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, the license application notification was sent out by the Department of Safety and Inspections (DSI) on December 27, 2023, with a response date of January 11, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the notification, no objections were received, and the Council finds that the application is in order with no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it;
RESOLVED, the change of ownership for the Liquor On Sale 101 - 180 seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses are hereby approved and issued to Andiamo St Paul LLC d/b/a Andiamo Italian Ristorante (License ID #20230002259) for the premises located at 80 Snelling Ave N in Saint Paul with the following license conditions:
1. Licensee agrees to operate the establishment in compliance with Section 409. 02 of the City of Saint Paul Legislative Code as a "Restaurant".
2. Licensee agrees to close the establishment at 12:00 a.m. midnight. All patron/customers shall vacate the premises by 12:30 a.m. each day of the week as per Section 409.02 of the City of Saint Paul Legislative Code.
