WHEREAS, Da Fa Inc, d/b/a Jackey’s Peg Leg (License ID #20230002034) applied for the Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats; Liquor on Sale Sunday; liquor On Sale 2am; Gambling Location; and Entertainment (B) licenses for the premises located at 380 Cedar Street in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on December 22, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a response date of January 6, 2024; and
WHEREAS, in response to the December 22, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the proposed license conditions are reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale - 181-290 Seats; Liquor on Sale Sunday; liquor On Sale 2am; Gambling Location; and Entertainment (B) licenses are hereby approved and issued to Da Fa Inc, d/b/a Jackey’s Peg Leg (License ID #20230002034) for the premises located at 380 Cedar Street in Saint Paul with no license conditions.
