Authorizing the Fire Department to pay for all costs incurred during the firefighter interview process taking place on January 16-26, 2024 at Fire Department headquarters.

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Fire Department is holding interviews for new firefighters candidates on January 16-26, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department would like to provide light refreshments and snacks to the interview panel who are conducting interviews for up to 150 candidates; and
WHEREAS, the public purpose of these costs is to provide light refreshments and snacks for the employees conducting the interviews; now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby authorizes the expenditure of funds not to exceed $250.00 for the interview process.
