RESOLVED, pursuant to the previously executed and delivered release in full of Defendants City of Saint Paul, John Corcoran, Melissa Joly, Marshall Titus and John Doe, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Markeeta Johnson-Blakney’s attorney of record, the total sum of Three Hundred Eighty Thousand and No/100 ($380,000) in full and final settlement of Markeeta Johnson-Blakney’s claims in U.S. District Court case 23-cv-609 for any and all claims, damages and attorneys fees arising from the incident occurring on or about March 15, 2017.
