WHEREAS, Tyler Technologies, Inc. has bid on an RFP to modernize the City of Saint Paul’s business and trade licensing and permit management systems; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul would like to enter into a Master Services Agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. which includes an indemnification clause; and
RESOLVED, that the city council authorizes the City of Saint Paul to enter into this agreement with Tyler Technologies, Inc. which includes the indemnification clause.
