WHEREAS, Abrazar LLC d/b/a Abrazar LLC (License ID # 20230002002) applied for a the Dance or Rental Hall license on October 31, 2023, for the premises located at 125 9th Street East in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on November 15, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification with a November 30, 2023, response date; and
WHEREAS, in response to the November 15, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to the approval of a Dance or Rental Hall license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Dance or Rental Hall license held by Abrazar LLC d/b/a Abrazar LLC (License ID # 20230002002) for the premises located at 125 9th Street East in Saint is hereby approved and issued.
