Title

Appeal of James Ngene to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 1880 AMES AVENUE.

Date/Time of 1st LH:  November 7, 2023 at 1 PM - 3 PM

Purpose of Appeal:  I bought the house as a Category 2 house. Right now, we are doing the finishing work on it. It is a major work that is done at the house, much more than I anticipated during the time I bought the house. Everything is with City permit and Code Compliance. So the house is not vacant from that standpoint.
