Making finding on the appealed nuisance abatement ordered for 1223 MARION STREET in Council File RLH SAO 23-37.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH SAO 23-37 on October 25, 2023 granting the appeal allowing wheelbarrows, step ladders, picnic table, and other items manufactured for exterior use that are in good repair; and grant to November 1 for compliance with balance of the orders, including proper storage or removal of extension ladders, card tables, and all other items; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on November 7, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions were not completely abated; however, the majority of nuisance conditions in orders abated and new orders forthcoming from department; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved; however, new orders will be issued for new items at the property.
