WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Akeem Lamina to a Correction Notice at 2076 MARGARET STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation is to deny the appeal, noting the power was restored after the hearing was conducted forthcoming, pending power is restored by November 3, 2023; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
