Amending the spending plans in the Department of Public Works Capital Budget for the Kellogg/Third Street Bridge Project.
Body
WHEREAS, Departments of Public Works and Parks and Recreation entered into a Memorandum of Understanding for the Kellogg/Third Street Bridge Project to fund temporary easements during construction with the funds to go to the Wakan Tipi Project; and
WHEREAS, Resolution Public Hearing 21-147 established the project budget for the Wakan Tipi Project and transferred the funds from capital to the project; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to transfer $157,822 from the Kellogg/Third Street Bridge Project to the Wakan Tipi Project; therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the capital improvement budget, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
