Changing the rate of pay for Parks Services Assistant (formerly Refectory Assistant).
Body
WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job audit for the classification of Refectory Assistant; and
WHEREAS, the results of the job audit determined the classification title should change from Refectory Assistant to Parks Services Assistant and instructs that the rate of pay be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 04U to the rate set forth in Grade 012, in Employee Group 01, AFSCME Clerical; now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the newly titled Parks Services Assistant be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 04U to the rate set forth in Grade 012 of EG 01, AFSCME Clerical. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
