Authorizing the City to enter into an Access and Permit Agreement with Ramsey County for the Public Works St. Peter Storm Tunnel Access and Tunnel Repair Project.

WHEREAS, the City has requested access and the right to enter onto Ramsey County property, PIN No. 06-28-22-13-0276 (the "Property"), for the purpose of cleaning, replacement, and inspection of large-scale sewer pipes that extend under the Mississippi River parallel to the Wabasha Street Bridge (the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, the County is willing to allow the City access to the Property for the Project, subject to the terms and conditions of an Access and Permit Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A ("Permit"); and
WHEREAS, the Permit contains an indemnification clause, which the Council finds reasonable and appropriate; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the Permit with Ramsey County, which includes an indemnification clause, a copy of which is before Council and is made a part hereof.
