WHEREAS, for JED Inc, d/b/a La Cucaracha (License ID # 20230001446) applied for a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses for the premises located at 36 Dale Street South in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on September 5, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the September 5, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor On Sale - 101-180 seats and Liquor On Sale - Sunday licenses are hereby approved and issued to JED Inc, d/b/a La Cucaracha (License ID # 20230001446) for the premises located at 36 Dale Street South in Saint Paul.
