Amending the 2023 spending budget in the Department of Public Works General Fund Traffic Signals accounting unit.
Body
WHEREAS, the Traffic Signals accounting unit has incurred Services and Materials costs that are more than the adopted budget; and
WHEREAS, salaries & fringes expenditures to date in 2023 have been trending below their expected budgeted amounts, and
WHEREAS, planned capital purchases for 2023 were less than previously budgeted, therefore via
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07.4 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Public Works Department to amend the 2023 budget in the Public Works Traffic Signals accounting unit, the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner as specified in the attached financial analysis.
