WHEREAS, The Hive Collaborative LLC, d/b/a The Hive Collaborative (License ID 20230001389) applied for a Theaters and Movie Theaters and Dance or Rental Halls licenses for the premises located at 677 Hamline Avenue North in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on September 22, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the September 22, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the Theaters and Movie Theaters and Dance or Rental Halls licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the license; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, the Theaters and Movie Theaters and Dance or Rental Halls licenses are hereby approved and issued to The Hive Collaborative LLC, d/b/a The Hive Collaborative (License ID 20230001389) for the premises located at 677 Hamline Avenue North in Saint Paul.
