Approving an Auto Repair Garage license to RS Transportation LLC d/b/a RS Transportation LLC (License ID 20230001613) for the premises located at 2013 Minnehaha Avenue East.

WHEREAS, RS Transportation LLC d/b/a RS Transportation LLC (License ID 20230001613) applied for an Auto Repair Garage license for the premises located at 2013 Minnehaha Avenue East in Saint Paul; and
WHEREAS, on September 22, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the September 22, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the above-mentioned license; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order, the proposed license conditions are reasonable and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, Auto Repair Garage license is hereby approved and issued to RS Transportation LLC d/b/a RS Transportation LLC (License ID 20230001613) for the premises located at 2013 Minnehaha Avenue East in Saint Paul with the following conditions:
1. No customer vehicles under the control of the licensee can be parked and or stored in the public right-of-way (e.g., street, alley, sidewalk, boulevard, etc.) this includes vehicles waiting to be picked up by the customer.
