Body

WHEREAS on September 13, 2023, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. AR 23-65 to ratify the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during January 27 to March 28, 2023. (File No. J2306P, Assessment No. 238405); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1112 Arcade Street, being described as: Eastville Heights Lot 16 Blk 9, with the property identification number 28-29-22-22-0149 was assessed an amount of $232.92; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deletion of this assessment as there has been a graffiti waiver on file since August 7, 2023; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $232.92, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 23-65 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
