Authorizing an increase in the Highland National Golf budget in the amount of $230,000 to reflect the increase in revenue during the 2023 season.

WHEREAS, The Highland National Golf Course has seen an increase in golf revenues in recent years; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department wishes to increase its revenue and spending budgets to better reflect the increased revenue and spending for Highland National Golf Course for 2023; and
WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation wishes to amend these Special Services Fund budgets with spending plans for the additional funding that include addressing a variety of deferred maintenance needs throughout the course; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.01 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $230,000 in excess of those estimated in the current Special Services Budget; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul authorizes these amendments for the Life-to-date Special Services Fund Budget.
