WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a Job Audit for the new classifications of Chemical Feed Specialist II and Senior Water Operator; and
WHEREAS, the results of the Job Audit instruct that the rate of pay for the new classifications of Chemical Feed Specialist II and Senior Water Operator be established at the rate set forth in Grade 12U, Employee Group 12, Operating Engineers Local #70, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the classifications of Chemical Feed Specialist II and Senior Water Operator be established at the rate set forth in Grade 12U, Employee Group 12, Operating Engineers Local #70. This rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
