WHEREAS on September 13, 2023, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 23-61, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration fees billed during November 16 to February 22, 2023. (File No. VB2310, Assessment No. 238813); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1236 Ross Avenue, being described as: Auditor’s Subdivision No. 37 St Paul. Minn Ex W 10 Ft Lot 1 Blk 3, with the property identification number 28-29-22-44-0124 was assessed an amount of $2616; and
WHEREAS, a Legislative Hearing was held on October 10, 2023 under SR 23-215 to review the matter and the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because it was incorrectly handled by the Department of Safety & Inspections; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2616, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 23-61 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
