First Making finding on the appealed substantial abatement ordered for 342 THOMAS AVENUE in Council File RLH RR 22-54.  (Amend to grant 90 days)

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 22-54 on February 15, 2023 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 342 Thomas Avenue; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer reviewed this case on August 22, 2023 and September 26, 2023 to determine if the owner and/or responsible party abated the nuisance conditions and found these conditions not abated but will grant an additional 90 days for the rehabilitation and to continue the $5,000 performance deposit as updated schedule was submitted and approved  forthcoming; now, therefore, be it

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer and grants an additional 90 days.
