Extending the current garbage collection contract for 1-4 unit dwellings through March 31, 2025.

WHEREAS, the Public Works Department entered into an agreement with Saint Paul Haulers LLC to provide residential (1-4-unit dwelling) garbage collection; and
WHEREAS, the original agreement was approved on November 8, 2017 on Council Resolution 17-1776; and
WHEREAS, Public Works proposes to extend the agreement through March 31, 2025; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract extension with St Paul Haulers LLC., to provide garbage collection to 1-4-unit dwelling properties.This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force on January 1, 2024.
