WHEREAS, King Coil Spirits, Co. d/b/a King Coil Spirits (License ID 20230001516) applied for a Liquor-Off Sale Micro Distillery, a Liquor-Micro Distillery Cocktail Room, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, an Entertainment (A) and a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license; and
WHEREAS, on September 8, 2023, the Department of Safety and Inspections sent out the required License Application Notification; and
WHEREAS, in response to the September 8, 2023, notification, the Department of Safety and Inspections received no objections to approval of the licenses; and
WHEREAS, the Council finds that the application is in order and there are no grounds to deny approval of the licenses; now, therefore, be it,
RESOLVED, a Liquor-Off Sale Micro Distillery, a Liquor-Micro Distillery Cocktail Room, a Liquor On Sale-Sunday, an Entertainment (A) and a Liquor-Outdoor Service Area (Patio) license are hereby approved and issued to King Coil Spirits, Co. d/b/a King Coil Spirits (License ID 20230001516) for the premises located at 550 Vandalia Street, Suite #140 in Saint Paul.
