Ratifying the assessment for Minnesota Street from Kellogg to Sixth Street paving and lighting project constructed as part of the 2023 Street Paving Program (SPS). (File No. 19261, Assessment No. 235200)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 23-1266 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new concrete pavement with concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, a grade separated bicycle facility and associated traffic signal upgrades; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 11, 2023 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
