Purpose of Appeal:  Restoration will be completed by end of August 2023. Requesting waiver of vacant bldg fee. Tenants in place by 9/1/23.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Ashley DuBose to a Vacant Building Registration Renewal Notice at 619 MENDOTA STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 90 days to October 15, 2023; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
