Body

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Biniam Ansera to a Vacant Building Registration Requirement at 1133 ARUNDEL STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

 

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and waive the Vacant Building fee for 60 days to September 25, 2023; property to remain a Category 2 Vacant Building and requires a code compliance inspection report; Now, Therefore, Be It

 

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
