Making finding on the appealed substantial abatement ordered for 2120 ROSE AVENUE EAST in Council File RLH RR 23-9.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted RLH RR 23-9 on April 26, 2023 which granted 180 days to repair the structure, correct all of the deficiencies listed in the Order to Abate Nuisance Building and the Code Compliance Report at 2120 Rose Avenue East; and
WHEREAS, the Certificate of Code Compliance was issued on August 9, 2023; therefore, the Legislative Hearing Officer found that these conditions are now abated; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council adopts the finding of the legislative hearing officer that the nuisance condition is abated and the matter resolved.
