Ratifying the assessment for Wheelock Parkway from east of Edgerton Street to west of Arcade Street paving and lighting project constructed as part of the 2022 St. Paul Street Paving Program (SPS). (File No. 19210, Assessment No. 225203)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 23-1235 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new bituminous surfaced streets with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons, boulevard landscaping with sod and trees, sidewalk replacement or installation where appropriate, wood pole streetlights replaced with lantern style lights, and new sections of watermains; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 27, 2023 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
