Ratifying the assessment for the Curtice Street from Woodbury Street to Andrew Street paving and lighting project constructed as part of the 2022 St. Paul Street Paving Program (SPS). (File No. 19257, Assessment No. 225204)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File 22-1205 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new bituminous surface streets with concrete curb and gutter, mainline sidewalk replacement on the north side, and doing all other necessary work to complete said project as part of the 2022 SPS; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 27, 2023 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
