Stated Reason for Appeal (if given): Property owner is requesting that the assessment be reduced as they do not have the money to pay it.

Staff Comments: Hauler records show that the property owner did receive service for two 64-gal carts during Quarter 1 2023. Therefore, staff recommends approving the assessment. The property owner did attempt to make a payment of $208.52 on 1/16/2023 but it was declined due to non-sufficient funds.
