Naming the private streets (Rivoli Drive and Rivoli Circle) in the Rivoli Village development.

WHEREAS, Jim Erchul, 823 E 7th Street, St. Paul, MN 55106, is the developer, and Dayton’s Bluff Neighborhood Housing Services is the owner, of the property known as Rivoli Village, located at 660 Rivoli, the former southern terminus of Rivoli Street, and
WHEREAS, the property is being developed with 24 single family homes with attached garages, and
WHEREAS, the developer has elected to construct the private streets as shown on “Exhibit A” to provide access to the homes,
WHEREAS, the developer desires the new streets within this development be named Rivoli Drive and Rivoli Circle and to have the new homes addressed off these streets; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the private streets as shown on “Exhibit A” shall hereafter be known and designated as Rivoli Drive and Rivoli Circle; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Department of Public Works shall issue addresses on the buildings using Rivoli Drive and Rivoli Circle as the designated street names; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that it is understood by the developer and/or its successors in interest that they shall construct and maintain the proposed private streets, at their own expense, and continue to maintain in a clear and unobstructed manner to provide access for all vehicular traffic, including emergency services vehicles; and
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the developer and/or its successors in interest shall construct and maintain at their own expense the necessary signing of the private streets, to be known as Rivoli Drive and Rivoli Circle, to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works.
