Title

Changing the rate of pay for the classification of Public Works Field Superintendent (formerly Public Works Field Supervisor).

Body

WHEREAS, the Office of Human Resources conducted a job audit for the classification of Public Works Field Superintendent (formerly titled Public Works Field Supervisor); and

WHEREAS, the results of the job study instruct that the rate of pay for the classification of Public Works Field Superintendent be changed from the rate forth in Grade 044 to the rate set forth in Grade 045, of Employee Group 10, Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association; now therefore, be it

RESOLVED, pursuant to City Charter Sections 6.03.3(5) and 12.01, that the rate of pay for the Public Works Field Superintendent be changed from the rate set forth in Grade 044 to the rate set forth in Grade 045, of Employee Group 10, Manual and Maintenance Supervisors Association. This classification and rate of pay to become effective on the first full pay period following passage and approval of this resolution.
